About Mary

Originally from the Midwest, I relocated to Jacksonville, Florida in 1985, where our family quickly made Northeast Florida home. We raised our two children, Matt and Melissa, here, and today enjoy life as grandparents to five wonderful grandchildren. Family and community are central to who I am, and when I’m not advising customers on buying or selling real estate, you’ll often find me supporting my grandchildren at the ballpark, soccer field, track, or gym.

I earned my Florida real estate license in 1999 and began my career with ICI Homes, a respected semi-custom home builder. This experience provided a strong foundation in new construction, design, and luxury home features. I specialized in selling homes within some of the area’s most desirable communities, including South Hampton, a premier golf community; St. Johns Forest, an exclusive guard-gated neighborhood; and Magnolia Preserve in Julington Creek, known for custom-built estate homes. Throughout my career, I have successfully represented properties ranging to over $5 million, offering clients expert guidance in pricing, value, and market positioning.

After many years in new construction, I transitioned into general residential real estate, where I continue to deliver exceptional results with a personalized, concierge-level approach. I have been honored with multiple Top Producer awards, reflecting my commitment to excellence, strong negotiation skills, and unwavering focus on my customers’ best interests.
